I think it would be a good idea if the admins were more *Active* in the clan, at least. More than just talking and taking out Jam/Jamal/Henry the Hoover.

Considering there are currently 5 admins (And 2 Overseers) I think each one should be given some sort of "Job" to do. Such as:

1) F2P Recruiter (Overlooks all members being recruited, and recruits non-members)
2) P2P Recruiter (Overlooks all members being recruited, and recruits members)
3) Event Hosting (Overlooks current events going on in clan chat and on the forums)
4) Being active in chat (I'm unsure if this is an ACTUAL requirement to be an admin) Surprised!!
5) Forum Moderator (Basically, tries to make people join the forums, and people who already have more active, such as paying them) (Don't actually pay them)
6) Citadel Researcher (Overlooks people that have capped, and forces people into using the Citadel)
7) Clan Representive (Get fellow clans to become allies with us. Doing this usually takes a few days. A good idea would be to find clans that are somewhat smaller than ours, and have less strict requirements (For example, don't try and get a clan that requires being maxed combat)
Cool Promoter (A few times a week, will check the clan ranking, and will promote (Or demote) certain person who have the requirements for that rank. E.G if someone has capped and made an account on the forums, but is will a Recruit, promote to Corporal)

"Jobs" can be used multiple times (Such as two or three admins could all be P2P Recruiters)
Admins can also have two or three "Jobs" (Such as P2P Recruiter and Citadel Researcher)
Almost, if not every admin, should have 4).

I may not be an admin, but I do agree. The responsibilities appear to require some balancing out. I'm happy to assist, despite my inapplicable rank.

^_^ Nice to know people support my idea. If it works, this clan *In theory* should become pretty awesome.

Haha well I'm the moderator of the forums as I own them (mwuahahah)... I am run some events (well I will be when I have internet again -.-).

But yes, it would be good to have formal roles. I think it would be best if people apply for them so to speak, rather than get allocated (at first anyways).

I will be quite happy to just run the forums.

Assuming Grinch agrees to it.
Current Jobs being requested.

1) F2P Recruiter - NO ONE
1) F2P Recruiter - NO ONE
2) P2P Recruiter - NO ONE
3) Event Hosting - NO ONE
4) Being active in chat - NO ONE
5) Forum Moderator - Charlipopz (YAY SOMEONE!!)
6) Citadel Researcher - NO ONE
7) Clan Representive - NO ONE
Cool Promoter - NO ONE

Well, that's a pretty depressing list.

Haha, quite the opposite.
You get other clans to become our allies. Such as Shadow Revolution (So far, these are our only allies) Sad. But with more Representatives, we should have several more.

I like all of these and support this. I'm thinking of reworking it to making something efficient as this by allowing current admins to fill in the spots and if these spots aren't filled allowing lower ranks to step up to take these positions and become the new admin. That way the admin team will be productive as I wanted it to be, administrating.

What if all spots are filled (Some by Admins, most of Members)
And an admin wants a job, but that job is being filled (Oh noez!)
What'll happen then?

Well I think admins should get a job before non-admin
